Dr. Neelima Dhande is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over three decades of clinical practice in Chandrapur. She completed her MBBS and DGO from Government Medical College, Nagpur — one of India's leading medical institutions.
Dr. Dhande specialises in high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, and infertility evaluation and treatment. She was among the first ObGyn specialists in Chandrapur to introduce laparoscopic surgery, bringing a technique that significantly reduces patient recovery time, post-operative pain, and the risk of complications compared to open surgery.
She consults at Dhande Hospital Monday through Saturday, with OPD timings at 11 am–4 pm and evenings by appointment.

Dr. Dhande operates a GE Voluson P8 — a US FDA-approved 4D ultrasound system — providing detailed antenatal imaging that helps detect fetal anomalies, assess fetal growth and wellbeing, and produce life-like 4D images of the developing baby. The centre is fully PCPNDT compliant, ensuring ethical and regulated prenatal imaging.
